Welcome! I launched Love and Lustre Jewelry to bring sparkle to others’ lives. My dream is to bring a smile to your face as you to wear a piece of my one-of-a-kind jewelry or hang one of my unique decorations–one that shimmers and reflects your personal style. Each piece is created from a place of joy…and you will feel that joy when you or your loved ones wears it.
Making distinctive jewelry is both passion and healing for me. When an injury stopped me from most of my former hobbies, I found relaxation in tying macramé knots, which I’d learned years before, and a creative outlet in dreaming up new designs with gorgeous beads and crystals I found.
Hand crafting is also in my blood. My grandmother used to hand-sew breathtaking quilts. When my mother fell ill, she made wondrous tapestries of fine beadwork which I treasure. Even though my designs use much bigger beads and stitching, I feel both of their spirits as I fashion my pieces.
